As the COVID-19 crisis continues to develop daily, our main priority as a business is to protect the health and safety of our team and customers. We care deeply about doing what we can to keep everyone safe at this unprecedented time.

At Oroton, we have been closely following the advice of the government as to how we move forward and it is with a heavy heart that for the first time in our 82-year history we have made the decision to temporarily close all physical stores from 26th March 2020 until we are given advice that it is safe to re-open.

Our website will remain operational and our lines of communication are always open to you. The Oroton warehouse staff will continue to fulfil online orders and we have increased health and safety measures to protect their wellbeing and yours. Important delivery measures have been put in place with Australia Post couriers to ensure we can manage your deliveries at this difficult time.

We are also taking additional measures to ensure we stay digitally connected with you. You may be looking for a distraction or just something to brighten your day, so we will continue to share our latest collections and offers through our website, emails, Instagram and Facebook. We all know how important it is for people to stay connected, we encourage you to share your thoughts and comments on our social channels and we certainly won’t take it personally if you just want some quiet time.

At Oroton, we care deeply about doing what we can to keep our customers and employees safe at this unprecedented time. In response to the ever-changing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and for the safety of our customers, our employees and the general public, we have decided to temporarily close all Oroton stores in Australia and Malaysia until further notice.

You can still find us open 24/7 at oroton.com and we'll continues to send you updated via email. Our Customer Care team is always here to help at customercare@oroton.com

ONLINE 

For those of you working from home or not venturing out to stores at the moment, you can continue to shop with us online. To ensure the health and safety of our customers purchasing online, Australia Post couriers will sign on your behalf upon delivery of your parcel. EXTENDED RETURNS
