REFUND & CREDIT POLICY

With online returns, we gladly offer refunds on full priced items, however for any item purchased on sale, promotion, with selected promotional codes or from our Outlet, we offer an ONLINE CREDIT. This excludes final sale, earrings, facemasks and gift cards that are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

FULL PRICE

  • A full priced item has no red pen markdown, or discount applied at checkout*.
  • All full priced items are eligible for a refund.

SALE & OUTLET

  • Sale and Outlet are red pen marked down items.
  • Sale and Outlet items are eligible for an ONLINE CREDIT or an in-store exchange.

PROMOTIONS

  • An item on promotion is an item that has a discount applied at checkout*.
  • Promotional items are eligible for an ONLINE CREDIT or an in-store exchange.
  • *This excludes shipping promotions.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

EARRINGS & FACE MASKS

  • For hygiene reasons earrings and face masks cannot be returned (unless deemed faulty).

FAULTY ITEMS

ONLINE CREDIT

  • Online credit can only be used for online purchases.

ONLINE EXCHANGES

We are unable to exchange online orders via our warehouse. We recommend returning your item online for a refund or online store credit and repurchasing an alternative size or colour. Please note that if you purchased your product via the Outlet store or on promotion, you are only eligible for an online store credit.

Alternatively, you can bring your online order into your nearest Oroton store (excluding Myer or David Jones concession stores) for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition with their tags attached. If you’d like help selecting an alternative product or have any questions, our friendly team members in store are happy to help.

If you wish to exchange an item for something of a lesser value, we recommend returning your order online for a refund or online store credit.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Order confirmation emails are automatic.

If you have not received your order confirmation please:

  • Allow up to 30 minutes for the email to arrive
  • Search your junk or spam email folders
  • Check you have been charged for the order
  • Check that the email provided at checkout is correct

GIFT CARD EXTENSIONS

Gift Cards automatically expire 3 years from the date of issue (or 3 years from date of purchase for EGift Cards).

Gift cards are partially redeemable and it is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the validity period. Any balance that remains on the Gift Card after expiry will not be available for use.

Unfortunately, once a Gift Card has expired, we cannot extend. Please contact customer care for any concerns.

  • An incorrect email address may have been entered at checkout; if that is the case Customer Care can edit and re-send.
  • There may have been a technical issue; is that is the case Customer Care can edit and re-send.
