Your membership can be recognised across both online and in-store channels when the same email address is used.

To redeem online, you must also have an Oroton online account and be logged in at checkout.

As a World of Oroton member, you'll receive a Birthday Reward during your birthday month, provided you have supplied your birth month before the reward is issued.

Your Birthday Reward will be sent via email and/or SMS and can be redeemed using a unique member-specific code:

• Online: Log in to your Oroton account and enter your unique code at checkout.
  
  
• In-store: Identify yourself using your customer profile, email address or digital membership card.
  
  

Birthday Rewards are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can be redeemed in a single transaction online at Oroton (including Oroton Outlet) or at participating Oroton stores.

Please note:

• If you join World of Oroton during your birthday month, your first Birthday Reward will be issued the following year.
  
  
• Birthday Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another person or used to purchase gift cards or gift wrapping.
  
  
• Expired rewards cannot be reissued.
  
  
• The reward value, any minimum spend requirements, exclusions and other applicable conditions will be detailed in the communication you receive.
  
  
• If you add your Birthday Reward to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, you may receive reminders and notifications regarding the offer and its expiry date.

No. When a Member Promotion is live, the Member Offer will only be available on selected styles, and exclusions may apply.

As a World of Oroton member, you have the option to add your digital membership card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for convenient access to your membership benefits.

Adding your membership card is entirely optional; you can continue to enjoy your World of Oroton membership and receive benefits via email and SMS without downloading the card.

Your digital membership card includes a unique membership QR code, which can be scanned in-store to identify your membership and access eligible member benefits. It also provides a convenient place to view and redeem applicable member rewards, including birthday offers.

Members who choose to add their digital membership card may also receive notifications about:
