We believe in accountability. While we’re offering customers premium luxury goods, we’re managing our business to have a positive overall impact on society. It’s our corporate social responsibility (CSR).
This means conducting our business with the highest standards of integrity, in accordance with our international obligations and in compliance with all applicable laws. We only work with suppliers who share and follow our high standards of ethical business behaviour and who demonstrate commitment to those standards through rigorous practices.
Ethical sourcing is the cornerstone of our sustainability efforts. Oroton is committed to respecting the core labour standards established by the International Labour Organization (ILO), protecting and respecting human rights as set out in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and promoting environmental sustainability.
All Oroton products are made by reputable manufacturing partners and we require our suppliers to meet the requirements outlined in Oroton’s Ethical Sourcing Code. This includes complying with international labour and environmental laws, providing a safe and hygienic work environment and fair but not excessive hours for workers. Oroton is committed to eliminating any form of modern slavery – including forced, compulsory or bonded labour – from our entire supply chain.
